Prim Perfect: Issue 37 - October 2011: Cover
Welcome to the Halloween issue of Prim Perfect—the time for ghoulies and ghosties and things that go bump in the night… and we have all those in spades!
This month we are exploring the MadPea Company, a leading and highly popular creator of games, who are putting the finishing touches to their Halloween offering—the Peatonville Mystery. You can read something about that and about the people behind the games in two articles by Beq Janus.
Beq has also been talking to our Designer of the Month, P4NDOR4 Quintessa of Pandemonium, who has achieved the rare distinction of not only designing the Peatonville mystery sim for the MadPea Company but also being one of the people behind the wonderfully spooky Darkness Falls, our Landscape of the Month, which is explored by Tricia Aferdita.
Prim Perfect: Issue 37 - October 2011: Darkness Falls - Landscape of the Month
Continuing the theme of games, Ethan Westland and Tricia Aferdita have been exploring games that people play in Second Life, and after reading the article, I defy you not to want to try out one or two of these for yourselves. In fact, I’m wondering where I put my golf clubs…
I won’t be playing games in the locations featured in our special spooky stories, however! Riven Homewood, Ceejay Writer, and Tricia Aferdita have all contributed special stories for our readers—don’t miss them!
Prim Perfect: Issue 37 - October 2011: Linden Home Designer
This month, we feature Cutea Benelli as our Linden Home Designer, and she has done something rather surprising (well, surprising to anyone who is not already a firm and fixed fan of the weird and wonderful world that is Grim Bros.). You can find out more by looking at the wonderful comic that Rowan Derryth and PJ Trenton have created about her special Linden Home… while Rowan has also interviewed Cutea to find out more about her amazing creations.
Prim Perfect: Issue 37 - October 2011: Pathfinders
Our Pathfinders have been learning about creating a store identity this month with Mila Edelman of Old Time Prims. You can read all about the meeting and about Mila in an interview with Qwis Greenwood.
Prim Perfect: Issue 37 - October 2011: Burn2
In Charity News, Eva Bellambi gives us an exposé of the fabulous Boobiethon! And Cain Maven explored Burn2 for us and brought back a fascinating report.
Then there’s a look at what is happening with the Designing Worlds and Metaverse Arts shows on Treet TV, and news of a very exciting new project that Prim Perfect is involved with—Happy Hunting!—a lively new show launching soon!
And there’s more news about the series of Designer Challenges, as well as the most recent bargains from Spruce Up Your Space. And our team of talented photographers, led by PJ Trenton, Judith Lefevre, Tricia Aferdita, Wildstar Beaumont, Wren Carling, and Stephen Venkman, bring you some of the most artistic eye candy from across the metaverse.
